All EEE postdoctoral Research Associates and Fellows are invited to submit an abstract for participation in the first EEE Postdoc Research Symposium, to be held on 25 May in advance of the annual Gabor lecture.
This is a great opportunity to share your research with a broad audience of EEE staff and students, and industry representatives. To present your research at this event, please submit a 200-word abstract by 21 April 2017.
The Head of Department will present an award for the best presentation, and participants will also receive feedback on their talk.
Call for abstracts
If you would like to give a 10 minute talk at this event, please do the following:
- Email eepostdoc@imperial.ac.uk to this message to confirm your interest (this helps us prepare the selection process).
- Submit an abstract by 21 April 2017 (see below). Abstracts will be selected to represent a broad range of topics, and to be accessible to a wide audience.

Instructions for abstract submission
- Abstract must be emailed to eepostdoc@imperial.ac.uk as a one page document in PDF format.
- Please include in the PDF file the title of your submission, your name and research group.
- Abstracts must be 200 words or less.
- Please do not include any figures, graphs, tables or references.
- Your abstract should focus on the research you are personally involved in.
- Please use clear, simple language and general vocabulary that can be understood by people from different technical backgrounds.
