A black woman in a lab looking into a microscope

Continuing on from the success of the Belonging series, BME Early Career Researcher Conference and the Shifting the Lens series, the EDI Centre is highlighting the Black STEM experience for Black History Month 2020.

Join us as we speak with members of our Imperial community as they give us their insights on navigating the academic space at Imperial, what has kept them interested in continuing their study or work in STEM and a glimpse of some of the great projects they are working on.

The panelists include:

  • De-Shaine Murray, PhD Student in the Department of Bioengineering
  • Gabrielle Grey, Research Assistant in the Department of Brain Sciences
  • Dr Sungano Chigogora, Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Epidemiology
  • Madina Wane, Research Postgraduate in the Department of Life Sciences

This event is primarily for Imperial staff and students. Please note this event will be recorded.
