Calling all alumni who graduated within the last 10 years!

We are thrilled to announce the next event in our Alumni Masterclass series where we will discuss taking the next step in your career. We will be joined by executive coach and consultant Dan O’Driscoll to look at ways you can prepare to step up into a promotion, identify your transferable skills if you’re looking to switch sectors or getting you to think about how you can work for yourself.

Dan will be sharing his insight and experience on how he has worked across different sectors and how he arrived at running his own consultancy. He will talk about why well-being and looking after yourself is so important and exploring why continual professional development is crucial to furthering your career and increasing your confidence.

About Dan O’Driscoll

Dan O’Driscoll is an Executive Coach and Consultant running Engagement Consultancy. He works with not-for-profits and Universities, leading on audience engagement programmes, developing strategic plans and delivering learning & development interventions.

Dan is also a qualified Executive Coach and an associate member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Prior to running his consultancy, Dan has over 16 years’ experience working across different sectors in various leadership roles. Working for organisations such as; University of Birmingham, Oxfam and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

He lives with his wife and twin boys in Oxfordshire.
