Dr George Waddell, Research Associate in the Faculty of Medicine and lead for the Psychology of Performance Imperial Horizons module will give the 11th November Research Seminar.

George is a Research Associate in Performance Science in the Centre for Performance Science, a partnership of Imperial and the Royal College of Music. His research focusses on the enhancement of performance training and evaluation as well as how technology can be used to enhance how performance is assessed and performed.

This seminar will question the reliability and validity of judging performance, examine the science of how people make decisions about expert performance, and propose new technologies and techniques to better prepare performers and judges for the rigours of evaluation.
