In this session, we will be focusing on the sensations of the movement in our bodies, exploring how movement aligns with our breathing, and being mindful of the range of movements our bodies feel comfortable doing. These gentle but powerful practices bring awareness to our bodies, so we can be aware of where we tend to store tensions and have a choice to let them go.
We will be standing up, sitting in chairs and lying down (depending on abilities and attendance).
