Join Marco Lavazza, Vice Chairman of Lavazza Group, for a conversation on how innovation has shaped one of the world’s most recognised coffee brands for more than 130 years.
From its origins in Turin in 1895 to its global presence today, Lavazza has built its success on a combination of tradition, quality and innovation. Marco will explore how innovation has been embedded in the company’s DNA from the very beginning, from the creation of the first coffee blends and pioneering closed systems through to today’s research into new ways of experiencing coffee.
The session will also introduce Tablì, Lavazza’s latest innovation. Developed through years of research and experimentation, Tablì combines technology, sustainability and the quality of 100% coffee to rethink how coffee can be prepared and enjoyed.
Following the talk, Marco will give a short demonstration of the engineering behind the product and share insights into the development journey from concept to launch.
Attendance is first come, first served – and doors will open at 09.40.
