The Reporting Team provide insightful and timely analysis on the Group's financial position and performance, against both budget and forecast. This enables senior managment to make more informed decisions throughout the year.

Externally, the team's main outputs are the Annual Report and Accounts and the statutory reports required by regulators. The team manages the relationship with the external auditors and supports the Audit Committee in resolving any audit issues. Internally, the team produce both monthly and quarertly management reports.

The team are forming a Reporting Centre of Excellence to promote best practice and deliver the vision of 'one button' reporting - all regular reports produced and distributed automatically.
