Please see below the lists of inclusion and exclusion criteria for the ASPIRE-DNA trial. In order to be eligible to participate in this study, an individual must meet all of the following inclusion criteria:

• Provision of signed and dated informed consent form
• Adults over 18 years of age
• Impaired glucose regulation including IFG and IGT as determined by fasting glucose, OGTT or HbA1c criteria
• Access to a smartphone with an operating system of iOS 8.0 or above, or Android 4.0 or above

If an individual meets any of the following exclusion criteria they will be excluded from participating in this study:

• Diabetic
• Pregnant or planning pregnancy
• Breastfeeding
• Enrolled in other clinical trials
• Have active malignancy or under investigation for malignancy
• Severe visual impairment
• Reduced manual dexterity
• Have a history of any of the following medical conditions;
  - Cushing syndrome
  - HIV

  - Chronic kidney disease (CKD)

  - Chronic liver disease

  - Hyperthyroidism

  - Hereditary fructose intolerance

  - Alcohol and/or substance abuse 
• Currently taking any of the following medication;
  - Psychiatric medication
  - Anti-diabetic medication
  - Weight-loss medication
  - Oral steroids
• Unable to participate due to other factors, as assessed by the Chief Investigator
