One H-Cube ProTM and one Phoenix high temperature flow reactors (ThalesNano) for:

  • Reaction scale-up in flow
  • Homogeneous and heterogeneous flow systems
  • High temperature (up to 450 °C) and pressurre (up to 200 bar)
  • In-line analytics (e.g. ReactIR) for the study of reaction intermediates and hazardous processes
  • Automated column changer for up to 6 independently heated catalyst cartridges

An R-Series Vapourtec system for liquid flow reactions comprising:

  • Fully acid resistant pump modules
  • Two peristaltic pumps feeding slurries and gasses
  • 4 reactor positions, independently controllable
  • Reaction temperature of -70 to 250 °C
  • Microreactors
  • UV LED reactor for photochemial reactions
  • Autosampler

Vapourtec system


A fReactor, that is: up to 5 small volume continuous stirred tank reactors connected in series.

  • 2 mL individual stage volume - up to 10 mL total volume
  • Up to 100 psi pressure
  • Works on a common stirrer hotplate
  • Good chemical compatibility (reactor materials: PEEK and toughened glass; tubings material: PTFE)
