Moving to a new workplace is a significant change, and we want to make sure you have everything you need from day one.
This online guide will help you navigate your first days and weeks, covering everything from booking desks and meeting rooms to lockers and key facilities. You'll also find information on wellbeing spaces, workplace services, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the hub. Our welcome team will be on hand to answer any questions, and don't forget to pick up your welcome goodies on your move in day with some useful essentials to get you started!

Your first day
Welcome to the White City Professional Services Hub. Your first day is all about getting to know your new workplace and making sure you have everything you need. Here are a few key things to check off as you get started:
Book your desk in advance
To ensure you have a desk when you arrive, make sure to book your desk through OfficeSpace before your first day in the office. You can reserve your desk up to one month in advance, so feel free to plan ahead.
Book your mandatory workplace induction
Your workplace induction will cover access permissions for Imperial ID cards, locker allocations, and the distribution of welcome goodies!
Explore the hub and your new workplace
Take a moment to look around, locate the various facilities and amenities on offer, and see what your new workplace has to offer.
