The room camera will share by default, if you want to check the camera is active you can check on the that remote participants are able to view the room camera. If the camera is not currently shared the

icon will have a red line through it.

Camera privacy covers are available in this meeting space, you can find and remove the privacy covers by following the guide for the .

The presentation screen in this space is not touch sensitive, please use the Teams controller to join the meeting. If you are unsure of how to use the Teams controller please see the user guide

Please ensure you have booked the meeting space correctly by following the instructions for scheduling or .

If you make changes to your meeting to add this meeting space, please allow up to five minutes for the controller to update.
