Summary
Mao Ueda graduated from the Kyoto University with a Masters in Chemistry in 2012. Since then he has been working for Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K., in charge of developing engine oils.
In 2018, he joined Tribology Group for his PhD study. His research is ZDDP tribofilm properties under the supervision of Professor Hugh Spikes and Dr. Amir Kadiric.
