Workplace services

We offer a range of shared workplace services at the White City Hub, covering essential supplies and key services, including stationery and ICT provisions.

ICT Tech Bar

The ICT Tech Bar is a drop-in space where staff can get practical, hands-on support for tech needs. With an open layout and approachable design, it's easy to get quick assistance or spend more time troubleshooting more complex issues.

If the ICT Tech Bar is busy, staff can still contact the ICT Service Desk, as your issue may be resolved remotely.

ICT Tech Bar hours: 09:00 – 17:00
ICT Service Desk hours: 08:30 – 18:00
Out-of-hours support: Available from 18:00 to midnight for critical service disruptions only (not for individual issues).

ICT provisions:
Staff can access laptops for temporary loan or events through a new shared service. By scanning your Imperial ID card at designated lockers, you can retrieve the next available laptop, configured as a shared device. As long as the device is connected to the network, users can log in with their credentials. To return a laptop, staff must scan their ID card again, which will open a locker for the return.

ICT will cover the cost of the shared laptop provision as part of the service provided.

Shared stationery and office supplies

A shared stationery supplies area offers commonly used items, including:

Printing paper storage
A4 and A3 paper is stored near network printers across the floor.

Lockers and storage

The White City Hub has successfully expanded its storage facilities to ensure that all staff have a personal, assigned locker. These lockers offer secure and convenient storage for daily essentials such as laptops, keyboards, and shoes, with the added benefit of overnight storage flexibility.

Locker dimensions: 40cm (w) x 40cm (d) x 18cm (h)

Lockers are allocated to staff during their workplace induction, and the Workplace team will aim to assign each locker close to the staff member's team neighbourhood. The Workplace team holds master keys for access to all lockers if required.

In addition to individual storage, secure storage is provided within designated store rooms, which will be monitored by CCTV.
