Brian Rogers Brian Rogers, P.Eng is a Principal and Vice President Alberta with Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd., an international engineering and environmental consulting firm.

Brian trained at Imperial College, London with a B.Sc. Civil Engineering (1975) and M.Sc. Soil Mechanics (1977). 

After five years with Sir M. MacDonald & Partners working on dams (Indonesia and Cyprus), and irrigation projects (Somalia and Iraq), Brian came to Canada in 1980.

He has since worked on the design and construction of a diversity of civil engineering and resource development projects across Canada and overseas.

These include: the engineering design and field support for hydrocarbon development in the Canadian Beaufort Sea, Hibernia Grand Banks, Newfoundland, and offshore Russia; water dams and facilities for hydroelectric and water supply, and irrigation projects; transportation and foundation engineering projects; tailings dams for uranium, coal and oil sands projects; and mine waste rock disposal sites.

Brian currently manages the Alberta Group of Klohn Crippen Berger, based in Calgary. The Alberta group works primarily in the areas of Mining, Water, Power, Transportation, Oil Sands and Oil & Gas. Brian has a strong interest in Western Canada and Northern projects, and is an advocate of working with northern aboriginal groups through the KCB joint ventures; IEG Consultants and IEG Nunasi Consultants Ltd.
