Summary
Juliane Schittek is a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at the Imperial College Business School. Her research interests lie within diversity and inclusion. Her research explores how we can shift the status quo to reduce inequalities in organizations. Specifically, she focuses on groups who currently hold positions of power and influence to help create sustainable change.
Prior to her PhD, Juliane obtained her MSc in International Management from Bocconi University in Italy and Fudan University in China. She further holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany. In addition to her studies, she has extensive international professional experience in China, Germany and the United Kingdom.
