Summary
Zhiyu Fan is a PhD student under the co-supervision of Dr Qilei Song and Prof. Kang Li. He received B.Eng. degree from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Wuhan, China) in June 2017. Zhiyu completed his MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College in September 2018, and received Distinction. His MSc project was performed in the group, focusing on Solid polymer composite electrolyte membranes for lithium-ion batteries. Afterwards, he stayed in the group as a visiting student from November 2018 to March 2019. He stated his PhD research in April 2019 working on microporous polymer membranes for energy and environmental applications.
