Your College ID card enables you to visibly identify yourself while you are on campus.
- It gains you access to your Department/Division between 07.00 and 23.59 hours every day (apart from Christmas and New Year's Days).
- In some cases it also provides access to your place of residence.
- It is your library card.
- It can be used to get discounts in College catering outlets and for printing and copying.
- You are responsible for having your ID card with you at all times while on campus and for keeping the card safe and in good condition.

Get an ID Card
First year students attending classes on campus will either receive their ID card from halls of residence or will be issued their card by the department on Monday 5th October 2020. Please note not all ID cards may be available on the Monday but we will email you if does arrive in Week 1 and if not received by us in Week 1 you will need to collect from the ID office. Any student that has not had a card printed (due to not uploading their photograph ) can attend the Queens Tower Room ID card station from Monday the 5th October 2020 to have their photograph taken & uploaded. For first year students studying remotely, your cards will be kept until such time as you do return to college.
