General cleaning, window cleaning and pest control services are contracted out across all campuses. The services are monitored and managed by the Estates Operations Soft Services team.

The cleaning service across all campuses is contracted out to an organisation called 'Noonans'. The contracted staff strive to maintain high standards across all areas.
How often windows are cleaned varies according to specific requirements with some of the public areas being cleaned on a weekly or monthly basis.
There is a planned pest control programme as well as reactive service which is monitored and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
