All projects over £150,000 will require a

• Pre-feasibility Cost Estimate. Refer to the Prefeasibility Cost Estimate Diagram [PDF] for guidance.
• Business Case Prefeasibility [Excel]
• Part 1 of Business Case Pre-feasibility to be completed by Estates Development and Projects Division.
• Part 2 of Business Case Pre-feasibility to be completed by the Faculty Operating Officer or Support Service Head of Division
  

Projects with a budget close to £150,000 shall be reviewed by both directors of estates divisions to determine the best course for delivery.
