This FREE symposium is a must for clinicians (Band 5 and above) as well as students and lecturers, those thinking of taking a research postgraduate course, those wondering about pursuing a research career, and those involved in healthcare research already. The event is aimed at Nurses, Midwives, Allied Health Professions, Pharmacists, Psychologists, Healthcare Scientists and Academics in North West London. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded colleagues and share and benefit from our collective research experience and opportunities available in our area.  You can use this occasion to develop your networks and gain information about various sources of support in North West London.

Programme: The afternoon’s schedule includes a keynote speech, research presentations, research career journey stories, interactive workshops and poster viewing/networking opportunities.

Call for abstracts:  You are invited to submit an abstract to be considered for an oral or poster presentation at the event. There will be prizes for the best posters and the winners announced at the end of the closing session. You are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts recently presented at national or international meetings. Abstracts shortlisted for giving an oral presentation will be notified well in advance of the symposium. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Wednesday 1 August 2018, 10:00 hrs.
