The 2024 Staff Survey ‘opens’ on Tuesday 16 April and closes on Tuesday 7 May.

The Staff Survey provides an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on your experience of working at Imperial, and your ideas for where we could do better. It doesn’t matter where you work, or what job you do – your views are equally important.

In the run up to the staff survey opening, we will be sharing examples of good practice initiatives through a ‘you said we did’ campaign where action has been taken from the 2022 staff survey results.  We will release more case studies from across the university in the coming weeks, including on the topics of health and wellbeing, career development work, and equality, diversity and inclusion.

Become a Staff Survey Engagement Champion

We would like your help in making sure we encourage even more staff to take part in the survey. To support this, we are looking to recruit ‘Staff Survey Engagement Champions’ who will represent their departments and become an active advocate for promoting the survey.  Volunteers should embody creating positive cultural change to improve the working experience for the entire Imperial Community.

If you are interested in becoming a Staff Survey Engagement Champion and playing an active role, please register your interest here.

For the 2022 Staff Survey, we partnered with the charity Eden Reforestation Projects. For every survey completed, Eden planted a tree on behalf of the College. Eden Reforestation Projects work with local communities in developing countries to plant trees and restore forests, thereby creating jobs and helping to mitigate climate change.
