Overview
In this session, you’ll learn how to identify and use various strategies to enhance your workplace influence. You will also learn how these strategies can be deployed when negotiating with colleagues and external bodies. An essential aspect of the course is learning how best to manage your behaviours and interpret/manage the behaviours of others.
