Are you looking to start a career in administration? Would you like to build experience in a busy and supportive team? Then this apprenticeship could be for you! This new role is based within Imperial’s Investment Property Office. Like many universities, Imperial owns land and buildings; we call these our ‘property assets’ and they include things like commercial lettings, student accommodation and key worker accommodation. The Investment Property Office is responsible for managing and developing these property assets, helping to deliver financial benefits to the College. As our apprentice, you will provide vital administrative support to the Investment Property Office team. You will also be supported to gain a formal qualification that will help you in your future career.

What does the apprenticeship involve?

You will be fully trained to undertake a variety of generalist office administration including basic financial administration, creating documents, coordinating meetings, helping to manage our website and responding to first-line enquiries from our customers. You will also spend 20% of your time undertaking a special programme of development aligned to the Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

What are the entry requirements?

You will need (or expect to gain) grade 9–4 (A*-C) at GCSE in Maths and English. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for enthusiastic people with good communication, organisation and time management skills. Remember to tell us about this in your application!

How do I apply?

Applications for this apprenticeship are now closed.
