How to use the printer-copiers in the Central and campus libraries
Printing from library PCs
Print, photocopy, scan and email material using our printer-copiers.
- Imperial staff and students - use your College ID card to log on to printers and to top up credit. A top up machine is aavailable at the Central Library.
- Other registered users and visitors - you may request a guest account to print from certain e-journals, e-books and databases where the terms of our licences permit visitor use. Their use is strictly for non-commercial purposes and you must adhere to the licence restrictions. To make photocopies, please ask at the Central Library Information Hub.

Imperial students do not pay VAT, all other users are charged VAT at the current rate. The charge is deducted shortly after cash has been deposited. Transaction details are emailed to you.
There are no printing or photocopying facilities at the Silwood Park Campus Library but printing and photocopying is available elsewhere in the Hamilton Building.
