Financial Planning and Analysis

The team co-ordinates the College financial planning and budgeting processes, preparing the information for review and approval by Council.  The main focus of the team’s analysis is on the performance of the core University, undertaking various pieces of ad hoc analysis in order to better understand the drivers of financial performance.
