Call the ICT Service Desk on +44 (0)20 7594 9000 or 49000 from a College telephone. We're available from 08:30 until 18:00 and out of hours is available from 18:00 until 8.30.

Get in-person support by visiting the South Kensington Central Library on level 1.
We are open from 08:30 to 17:30.
Out of hours support
From 18:00 to 08:30 the next day, on bank holidays and weekends, all calls to the ICT Service Desk are diverted to our external out of hours team*. They will be able to assist with basic queries and issues and will also escalate system-wide outage to business-critical systems to the Imperial College ICT Out of Hours team.
*Out of Hours service is provided by an organisation external to the College. They are governed by contract and Service Level agreement. In order to provide all users with the service, the organisation has the names, email addresses, phone numbers and University IDs of College members held on secure servers.
