Yasmin wins poster prize

Yasmin Gariba-Hamilton, a PhD student from the group won a poster prize at the PG symposium

Yasmin Gariba-Hamilton won a prize for her poster at this year's Department of Chemistry Postgraduate student symposium. All 2nd year PhD students present a poster at this event and Yasmin was awarded a prize in the Chemical Biology and Healthcare section. She presented her PhD project work on a novel method to measure siderophore production in bacteria.
