As part of the trial, you will receive a genetic test which will analyse your genes for certain nutrition traits.

• If you are in the Intervention group, you will receive a hard-copy print out of your genetic results.
• If you are in the Exploratory group, you will receive your genetic results via the DnaNudge App which is downloaded on your phone. Your genetic information is owned by you and is password-protected on your DnaNudge App on your smartphone.
• If you are assigned to the control group, you will still undergo a genetic test and will be provided with an opportunity to request your results after the trial is completed.

Unidentifiable genetic information will be stored on the secured, password-protected, DnaNudge Cloud where it will be used to determine your DNA-based dietary guidelines. If you would like to continue to use the DnaNudge App after the trial has ended, the data will remain on the DnaNudge Cloud. However, if you would like your data to be deleted from the DnaNudge Cloud, you can request this at any time. We will have access to anonymised log history (the items you have scanned) from the DnaNudge App. We do not collect any other information from your phone and the App will not be connected to any other network.
