Applications can be submitted through the online application form available on the Imperial Robotics Summer School website.
While we do particularly welcome postgraduate students, research staff, and industry professionals, we consider all applications on an individual basis, as mentioned on our website.
We completely understand that not everyone will be coming in with the same background or level of experience, and that’s okay. Use the application to tell us more about your goals and how this experience might support your journey.
The fee for the Imperial Robotics Summer School is £1500. As this is our first time running the summer school, unfortunately we are unable to offer scholarships this year.
The Imperial Robotics Summer School 2025 will take place from 21 to 25 July 2025 at Imperial College London's South Kensington and White City campuses.
No, the Imperial Robotics Summer School is not accredited and does not count towards a formal academic credit. However, we will provide all participants with a certificate of participation upon successful completion of the programme.
Due to the intensive nature of the programme, it is not recommended to undertake employment during the summer school.
Accommodation is not provided however participants can book accommodation independently through Imperial's Accommodation service. Please see the accommodation section on the homepage.
You would need to bring your own laptop to ensure you can complete all tasks allocated during the summer school.
