AB - Two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have emerged as promising materials for photocatalysis and environmental remediation owing to their tunable electronic structures and high surface-to-volume ratios. However, their practical performance is often limited by nanosheet restacking and aggregation following liquid-phase exfoliation (LPE), particularly during solvent removal, which reduces accessible active sites and adsorption efficiency. Here, we report a solvent-exchange-enabled strategy to obtain highly concentrated and stable aqueous WSe<inf>2</inf> nanoflakes via LPE followed by controlled rotary evaporation to selectively remove isopropanol. This approach produces aqueous dispersions with concentrations up to 0.70 ± 0.05 mg mL–1, while preserving the 2H-WSe<inf>2</inf> phase, crystallinity, and morphology, as confirmed by comprehensive characterization. Importantly, the resulting material remains in a ready-to-use aqueous colloidal state, eliminating the need for an intermediate drying and redispersion step prior to aqueous-phase applications. The resulting aqueous WSe<inf>2</inf> nanoflakes exhibit rapid dye removal, with >95% removal observed at the first experimentally measured time point (1 min) under specific MB and Rh B adsorption conditions. A maximum adsorption capacity of 197.3 ± 20.0 mg g–1 for MB was obtained, and the adsorption behavior was well described by the Langmuir model, indicating predominantly monolayer adsorption. These results demonstrate the advantage of maintaining WSe<inf>2</inf> in an exfoliated and directly usable aqueous dispersion for adsorption applications. Following adsorption, the WSe<inf>2</inf> nanoflakes demonstrate measurable visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity following pseudo-first-order kinetics (MB = 6.69 × 10–3 min<sup
