Our vision for White City Campus is to build a place where great ideas grow.

We've already made huge progress, with new buildings now home to thousands of researchers, academics, businesses and residents, as well as spaces which welcome the local community.

Next is the 14-acre south site, stretching between the Westway and Wood Lane. It will bring new workspaces and labs for innovation and research, new homes and cafés, restaurants and amenities. At the heart of the site will be a new public square, with gardens and planting, event spaces for performances and exhibitions – all connected by walkways and green spaces, making White City a more vibrant and sustainable place to study, live and work.

Development updates

WC South new entrance

New entrance

The new entrances to White City Campus are taking shape. The first phase opened in December 2024, and work has begun on the second phase – a landscaped bridge providing a direct, accessible route for pedestrians and wheelchair users.

East-west link

A new East-West Link will connect White City and North Kensington, creating a safe, accessible route for pedestrians and cyclists. The planning application is now being considered by the local authorities.

Exciting proposals for a new development beneath the Westway are taking shape. Designed by Turner Works, it will feature new amenities, pedestrian links, green spaces, and social areas, transforming a vacant site into a vibrant destination.
