Managing an Age Diverse Workforce

The Equality & Diversity Unit have invited Dianah Worman from the Charted Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to give   this year’s lecture: Managing an Age Diverse Workforce. 

Dianah has worked at CIPD for 25 years; she has led a variety of campaigns against age discrimination as well as a variety of other equality issues in employment.

Dianah will highlight her research into age discrimination, looking at  the challenge for employers in stopping practices that can disadvantage the older workforce whilst covering the implications for organisations/individuals.
