Andrew is an experienced Entrepreneur/Intrepreneur and business leader with an especially deep background in Leading and understanding the needs of SME business. Andrew helps start-ups and SME organisations formulate and execute growth ready strategic plans that build lasting business value.
Andrew’s work with the Entrepreneurs Hub is delivering SME and Mid-Market accelerated growth plans, people centered operational efficiency and leadership development as well as advising on exit strategy to shareholders across multiple business environments. Current Mentoring responsibilities Include Microsoft Ventures, The Swiss Embassy in London business acceleration programme, HRH Duke of Yorks’ Pitch at the palace and Tech London Advocates, As well as having mentored over 100 Business Leaders.
Andrew has now led 5 organisational turnarounds, including 1 overseas, 1 small business and 2 groups, which were Nasdaq and NYSE quoted. He has also contributed to the coaching and strategic planning of ‘Not-For-Profit’ organisations. Notable amongst these Buckinghamshire County council and UK National Police College.
