Aurelia Young was brought up in her father’s sculpture studio just outside Oxford, which was just the start of her vibrant life. She has been involved in politics and latterly family research. Elected onto the Lambeth Council in 1968, she was a member of the Inner London Education Society.  Moved to Cookham and elected onto the Maidenhead and Windsor Council. Married to Sir George Young, the Government Chief Whip, Aurelia brought up four children. Six years ago she started to research the mysterious life of her father, the sculptor Oscar Nemon and has been finding his lost sculptures all over the world, thanks to the discoveries she has made with the help of Archivists. There is a family relationship to Imperial College through Ernst Chain and penicillin – all will be revealed
