Communications and Development provides training in CMS (the College’s Content Management System) and is essential for anyone who will be editing CMS pages within the College website.
This is a three hour, classroom-based, hands-on course.
This course is not appropriate of editors of sites in the Faculty of Medicine website.
The course covers
- An overview of the College web presence
- How to create new pages
- How edit pages, add images, create links and anchors, tables and upload pdfs etc.,
- How to organise your site, move pages, hide pages from navigation
- Make pages College password protected
Who should attend
This course is available to Imperial College staff only and is essential for anyone responsible for editing CMS pages on the Imperial website. There is no charge for this course.
This is a half-day, classroom-based course and includes hands-on exercises.
This course is not appropriate for editors of sites in the Faculty of Medicine website. Request training for the FoM CMS
