The Salters’ Festival of Chemistry are an initiative of the Salters’ Institute. Their objective is to help promote the appreciation of chemistry and related sciences among the young.

The Festival is for students in Year 7&8.

The Salters’ Festival of Chemistry will again be held in the Department of Chemistry at Imperial College London.

Students can look forward to hands-on practical chemistry challenges in the labs within the Department of Chemistry, exciting chemical demonstrations, a prize giving ceremony with prizes for winning schools and fun prizes and certificates for all participants.

Schools may enter only one team of four students from Years 7 & 8.
