Coached Handball sessions for young people

Following the Olympic games in London the team sport of Handball has seen a massive growth in people wanting to try the sport. It is a fast paced indoor sport similar to 5 a-side football and basketball. Members from our student Imperial Handball club in partnership with coaches from Ruislip Eagles will be running coached sessions for the local community with the view to setting up a junior team to play friendly games against other emerging junior handball teams in London. Imperial Eagles Handball Club has been around for 6 years now and is one of the most successful University-based Handball Clubs in the country. In Partnership with Ruislip Eagles Handball Club they are committed to developing the sport of handball at all levels.

First session free!

The sessions will take place weekly on saturday mornings in Ethos Sports Centre with the first session being free for participants. There will be a charge of £4 per participant from week two onwards. After attendnace to three sessions particpants will recieve a free Eagles t-shirt. The sessions for different age groups are as follows;

• 9am-10am, 10-13 year olds
• 10am-11am, 14-17 year olds
