Don Leslie is our speaker. He delivers presentations at business schools on careers in management consultancy and speaks regularly at consultancy conferences on issues surrounding recruitment and retention. At a time when recruitment by management consultancies is recovering after the global economic slowdown, Don will be discussing: – how, where and when to look for consultancy careers – why strategy consulting isn’t the only game in town – what life as a consultant is really like and suggesting some things to think about before sending off your application. Don worked for Deloitte in Edinburgh, London and Johannesburg before moving into recruitment. He recruited his first management consultant in 1983, and has been deeply involved in the sector ever since. In his day job, he is a Director of recruitment consultants BLT.
