Together with Imperial College Model United Nations (MUN), FairTrade Soc are running a simulation of a UN committee. After a talk by the Head of Policy of ChristianAid about the World Bank’s role in freeing up Africa’s markets, we invite anyone with or without previous experience in MUN debating to join a discussion following United Nations rules on the question whether the right to a fair price that will at least cover the cost of production and facilitate social development should be a human right.
