Mark will discuss some of these trends and how an agile and experimental mindset and operating model is crucial to succeed.

Mark has 20 years experience in Marketing and Digital at BT, Sky, O2 (latterly Virgin Media O2). He is a well-respected and renowned leader in the UK with an impressive track record of driving significant online growth, alongside continuous delivery of industry leading innovations across; Ecommerce, Eservice, App development, AI, omnichannel and personalisation. Mark, and his team, have been acknowledged for their work with numerous industry awards, notably: Website of the year 2014, 2015 and 2016; a hat trick of eCommerce awards in both 2017 and 2018 including overall gold award twice; and Best Online retailer at 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021 Mobile Industry Awards. His extensive experience and success in leading large scale digital P&L’s, business units and transformation programmes is based on his core fundamentals of; long term strategy, customer insight, continuous innovation and crucially developing talent and high performing teams.
