Neurodiversity in Albertopolis is the staff and student neurodiversity network that is a collaboration between Imperial, the Royal College of Art, The Royal College of Music and the V&A. Together the will mark Neurodiversity Awareness Week with an event discussing personal experiences and advice around topics such as

  • Why get a late diagnosis?
  • Gendered differences in neurodiversity
  • The reasonable adjustments that make a difference to your work life.
  • Being an ND manager/ leader.

Hosted by Imperial’s Professor Sara Rankin and the RCA’s Qona Rankin, the event will see them joined on stage by businesspeople and Neurodiversity advocates including:

  • Jess Gosling (BEIS.gov)
  • Richard Addison (EY )
  • Lucy Hobbs – (the Future is ND)

The event will feature a creative twist as we encourage audience members to live doodle the discussion on stage

This event will form part of an evening Imperial Lates programme celebrating brain related science at Imperial. Either side of the talks, and during the drinks break in between audience members can enjoy stands, workshops and other talks exploring topics as varied as what happens when you sleep to the potential of mind-controlled technology.
