• controlling and using your voice confidently and with authority  

• effective ways of maintaining the flow of information

By the end of this session, you will know more about and have practised:  

• participating in different types of group work/discussions in this academic setting  

• employing active listening strategies to respond appropriately, build knowledge and build a culture of trust
