Osteopath Philip Cox is running a series of 4 one-hour lunchtime sessions (12.30-13.30) on Thursdays from the 12th February to 5th March.
The sessions will highlight how sitting affects various aspects of the body including the neck and shoulders, upper and lower back, breathing patterns, digestion, and the nervous system.
Basic anatomy explained and common pain and injury presentations highlighted. Exploring breathing awareness, mindful movements, and simple exercises to help reduce the impact of prolonged sitting.
