Latin America STEMB Network Launch and Reception

Join the launch of the Imperial Latin America STEMB Network: Enhancing Visibility through Knowledge, Innovation and International Collaboration Conference and Reception on 25 March from 15.30 – 19.30.  

Through a panel discussion and a series of lightning research pitches, the afternoon conference will explore and highlight how Imperial’s scholars of Latin American background are enhancing discovery and translating research into innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine and Business, and strengthening partnerships across continents for a healthy planet and society. 

The programme will showcase work that addresses pressing local and global challenges such as neurodegenerative care, cancer, drug discovery, infectious and neglected diseases, and environmental management and sustainability.

The evening reception will mark the formal launch of the Latin America STEMB Network and bring together Imperial staff and students alongside invited guests from research, policy and diplomatic communities.
