From the Imperial College Alumni Association East China:
Everyone sees the world from their own perspectives and lives different lives. We believe every alumnus has their unique vision, ideas and way of thinking. With an open theme of this year, our Alumni Annual Dinner includes a new session called Alumni Talk, hoping to provide a platform for our alumni to share and exchange great ideas (like TED talks).
Speakers can share their interesting or thought-provoking ideas about life, work, profession, hobby, science, creativity etc. We hope to bring these brilliant ideas to more alumni and their family, friends even prospective students through our yearly biggest event- annual dinner. In 2020, we will organize a series of alumni salons for the 10 most popular topics/speakers presented in Alumni Talk and bring more interesting ideas to the local alumni group.
