About the event
Have you ever wondered how they collide protons near the speed of light to produce the Higgs Boson? Do you worry about the imbalance between matter and anti-matter? Are you curious about the origins of the universe? We have a limited number of tickets available to alumni for a very special behind-the-scenes visit to CERN, where Imperial College London plays a leading role in some of the most exciting experiments.
Meet Professor Sir Tejinder Virdee and other Imperial experts based at CERN for an insider look at this world-leading science institution.
If you are unable to join us for the welcome presentation and tours in the afternoon, we also have some additional tickets for an evening drinks reception with speeches from CERN and Imperial.
Don’t miss the opportunity to get close to science this summer. Please register via Eventbrite.
