Renee is Director of Talent and Capability at Thoughtworks UK. She is responsible for creating, influencing and driving strategies around talent management for the ThoughtWorks UK business. Having helped design and create our new global competency model, Renee is now helping design the operational side of the business to implement our new model across supply and demand. Renee plays a key role in enabling diverse and passionate ThoughtWorks to master new capabilities and emerging technologies to have a transformative and lasting impact on our client’s businesses.
Renee holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, received the Thiokol Award for Excellence in Engineering and has been a finalist for Women in the City Future Leaders Award.
