The meeting will be held in the lecture theatre (on the ground floor) of the Royal Astronomical Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, W1J 0BQ.

Enter the courtyard of Burlington House and the RAS is immediately on the left. Access is either by RAS swipecard, or by beeping the intercom. We will try and have someone with a swipecard posted on the door at the start of the day and at lunchtime.

We start with coffee at 1030 on the first day, in the Council Room, on the top floor. On the second day we start at 0930.
