niData Acquisition and Control

Our range of National Instruments hardware and software allows the measuring of electrical or physical phenomenon in testing and control variables such as voltage, current, temperature, or pressure.  With extensive experience in creating bespoke LabView codes and scripts the facility can tailor data analysis to specific test environments.

Hardware

NI 9205
C Series Voltage Input Module
Measures analogue input voltage signals

NI 9209
C Series Voltage Input Module
Measures analogue input voltage signals

NI 9219
C Series Universal Analog Input Module
Provides analog input channels for voltage, current, temperature, and strain

NI 9234
C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module
Dynamic signal acquisition in sound and vibration applications

NI 9237
C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module
Provides analog input channels for measuring strain

NI 9381
C Series Multifunction I/O Module
Combines common I/O circuitry, including analog and digital I/O, into a single module for CompactRIO systems

NI 9401
C Series Digital Module
Digital input and output capabilities, interacts with a range of switches, transducers, and devices

USB-6001
Standalone multifunction I/O device
Digital and analogue input and output voltage capabilities

cDAQ-9174
CompactDAQ Chassis
Controls the timing, synchronization, and data transfer between C Series I/O modules and an external host. You use these models with a combination of C Series I/O modules to create a mix of analog I/O, digital I/O, and counter/timer measurements. CompactDAQ is a modular system, so you can add more measurement types and channels to the system by simply plugging in additional modules.

cRIO-9038
CompactRIO Chassis
Combined DAQ chassis and control. Provide high-performance processing capabilities, sensor-specific conditioned I/O, and a closely integrated software toolchain. Ideal for real-time processing and industrial monitoring and control.
