Yulin Shao received the B.S., M.S. degrees in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Xidian University (Honours Class) in 2013 and 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2020. He was a research assistant with the Institute of Network Coding (INC) from March 2015 to August 2016, and a visiting scholar in Research Laboratory of Electronics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from September 2018 to March 2019. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London. His research interests include wireless communications and networking, signal processing, stochastic control, and machine learning.
